Basement entertainment area is available for your use.  The family only uses the area a couple times a month leaving the rest of the time for your use.

This room comes with full use of the neighborhood amenities including pool, and fitness center.

The neighborhood has 5 parks,  restaurants and a salon.

The house is home to a beautiful family of 4 including Kevin, Michelle, Ryan (16) and Nelly (10). And don't forget, house mascot Louie the Basset Hound!​

This room is available for single occupancy with no pets and no smoking.  LQBQT friendly Fully furnished, with all inclusive pricing, this great room is available for $1,200 a month, $1,200 deposit and a 6 month lease. Perfect for traveling nurse, Student, Professional ect.
