All prices indicated are fully furnished (including bedding and towels) and all-inclusive with utilities and WiFi (not including meals). The majority of our homes provide a cleaning service but you are responsible for your room/bath. Currently, hosts will not accept pets. Each host will provide a set of household guidelines to you, so that you have a clear understanding of how to interface successfully in their home. I acknowledge a NO DRUGS (including marijuana) and no partying/excessive drinking policy. A background check is required for all US citizens. Most hosts will not accept smokers (including vaping/e-cigarettes), some are comfortable with light, outside smoking. Most homes do not accept overnight guests. If you are expecting a visit from a family member, out of town guest, or significant other you may be able to make prior arrangements with your host. All of our hosts are vetted and trained in order to provide you with a comfortable and rewarding experience If I am requesting a lease less than 6 months long, I understand I will be charged an additional fee.
