Private bedroom and shared bath in basement available.  Room shares bath with one other guest in a jack and jill style. The bedroom is fully furnished (sheets, towels, comfortable bed, night stand and dresser) and the price includes all utilities plus a monthly cleaning service!

 

Shared full kitchen with one other guest and living space separate from the rest of the home.  

 

Bright and sunny home features many shared living spaces, including two living rooms, two fireplaces, dining room, family room, kitchen and a main floor laundry.

The gorgeous backyard includes perennial and vegetable garden, barbecue grill, patio tables and chairs with umbrella and night lighting for relaxing and or studying!

For guest with their own vehicle, you’ll also have easy access to I-225 and Iliff Ave, two major thoroughfares. There is a garage space available for an additional $100 a month.
