The bedroom is fully furnished (sheets, towels, comfortable bed, desk) and the price includes all utilities plus a monthly cleaning service!

Bedroom is located next to the comfort station with coffee maker, microwave and simple snacks.

The bathroom with double sinks is shared with just one other tenant. 

Eileen's bright and sunny home features many shared living spaces, including two living rooms, two fireplaces, dining room, family room, kitchen and a main floor laundry.

 

The gorgeous backyard includes perennial and vegetable garden, barbecue grill, patio tables and chairs with umbrella and night lighting for relaxing and or studying!

 

Whether you enjoy opportunities for socializing or prefer quiet, and privacy, both are available as needed! This home is quiet, orderly and comfortable!

 

This quiet, safe neighborhood has easy access to many restaurants and shops. Three international markets are available within 2 miles: Arash Middle Eastern market, HMart Asian market and a convenient Indian market as well. Walgreens, King Soopers, Panera, and many other restaurants and shops are all within 1 mile.

 

Eileen’s home is also only 1 mile from Nine Mile Station, which is a major public transit hub for both buses and the light rail. For guest with their own vehicle, you’ll also have easy access to I-225 and Iliff Ave, two major thoroughfares.
